Indian Badminton Stars Gear Up for Madrid Spain Masters
Indian badminton fans can rejoice as two of their top shuttlers, PV Sindhu and Kidambi Srikanth, are set to compete in the Madrid Spain Masters tournament starting today!
Sindhu, a two-time Olympic medalist, enters the tournament seeded second and will face Wen Yu Zhang of Canada in her opening match. Last year, Sindhu finished as runner-up in Madrid, and she'll be aiming to go all the way this time.
Srikanth, fresh off a semifinal run at the Swiss Open, will also be looking to make a strong showing in Madrid. He'll play a qualifier in his first round match.
