Women’s Singles: Raina and Bhamidipaty Lead the Charge
- Ankita Raina secured a convincing 6-3, 6-2 victory over Ekaterina Yashina and will now face seventh seed Polina Iatcenko in the quarterfinals.
- Shrivalli Bhamidipaty battled back from a mid-match dip to defeat Viktoria Morvayova of Slovakia 6-1, 2-6, 6-2. She will play against the champion of the Gurugram event, Justina Mikulskyte of Lithuania.
Doubles Update
- In the men’s doubles, the pairings of Parikshit Somani & Manish Sureshkumar and Ramkumar Ramanathan & Khumoyun Sultanov (Uzbekistan) progressed to the semifinals.
- On the women’s side, the Indian duo of Shrivalli Bhamidipaty & Vaidehi Chaudhari and the pair of Zeel Desai & Sahaja Yamalapalli booked their spots in the quarterfinals.
