It is anticipated that the IPL auction for IPL 2024 will take place in Dubai on December 19. The list of players who have been released and retained by each of the ten teams must be submitted by November 15 in order for the auction pool to be made public by the first week of December.
The franchises assert that they have not received any formal notification from the BCCI on the date of the mini-auction; rather, they have been informed informally about the December 15-20 window. The auction was ultimately conducted in Kochi last year, although the BCCI had originally intended for it to take place in Istanbul.
